Agnes Barley

Agnes Barley (born 1970), originally from Florida, is a minimalist abstract painter.

In 2002, she met the recently widowed playwright Arthur Miller, who had become prominent decades before she was born, and politely expressed surprise that he was still alive; they soon embarked on a romantic relationship, living together in Connecticut until his death in 2005.
