Al-Muhtadee Billah Bolkiah

Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah Bolkiah (born February 17, 1974) is the first born son and heir to the Sultan of Brunei. He is the son of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah and Queen Saleha.

Prince Billah graduated from Magdalen College at Oxford University in 1997 with a degree in Islamic Studies. He is reported to be a billiards and snooker enthusiast.

On September 9, 2004, he married 17-year old Sarah Pengiran Salleh at Nurul Iman Palace in Bandar Seri Begawan in an elaborate (and extravagant) affair. (The wedding was estimated to cost $5m/£2.8m.)
