Aldi Süd

ALDI Süd is maybe one of the most successful retailers in the world. Its founder, Karl Albrecht, is one of the richest people in the world according to Forbes. In Germany, the orgin of ALDI, ALDI is one of the largest retailers for food. ALDI Süd is active in Germany (in the ALDI South Region), Austria (under the name Hofer), Australia, Great Britain, Ireland and the USA . ALDI Süd plans also to expand in Switzerland.

Relation between ALDI Süd and ALDI Nord

ALDI Süd (South) and ALDI Nord (North) are two separate companies; however, they are working together in friendship and sharing the name ALDI.
