Alivaltiosihteeri

Alivaltiosihteeri ("Undersecretary of the state") is a band from Tampere, Finland, consisting of three members: Simo Frangén, Pasi Heikura and Jyrki Liikka . They make radio shows for the Finnish broadcasting company Yleisradio. Some people think they are quite funny with all their palindrome jokes.
