Andrew Manatos

Andrew Manatos (born 1947) was a former Assistant Secretary of Commerce in the administration of President Jimmy Carter. He is notable for his activity in the Greek-American community in the United States; he serves on the board of several Hellenic organizations, including the Hellenic-American Heritage Council and the Coordinated Effort of Hellenes.

Manatos is the son of Emmanuel "Mike" Manatos, who was a significant lobbyist for Greek-Americans during the Johnson administration.

Currently, he is working as a registered lobbyist, running his own firm, called Manatos and Manatos, with his son, also called Mike Manatos (after Andy's father).
