Australoid

Australoid describes the race of humans primarily from Australia as well as areas of Asia or Oceania, and was one of the four major races as recognized by 19th century racial theories. The group includes the Australian Aborigines, the Papuans, the Melanesians, the Negritos of Southeast Asia, the Veddahs of Ceylon, and possibly the Ainus from Japan.
