Banana paper

Banana paper is used in two different senses: to refer to a paper made from the bark of the banana tree, or paper made from banana fibre. This paper can be either hand-made or made by machine.

Banana bark paper retains the texture and patterning of the original bark and is primarily used for decorative purposes like gift wrapping and lamp shades .
