Banco Itaú it is a private-owned bank with its headquaters in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It is Brazil 4rd major bank, only behind Banco do Brasil, Banco Banespa and Bradesco. The first two are public (owned by the government) banks.

(2002) (BBA).
