Bangungot

Bangungot, or sudden death of adults during sleep, in the Philippines. It is almost always and often caused by Acute Haemorrhagic Pancreatitis . Many cases continue to be reported. It is also found in other Asia countries, and seem to affect only Asians. The eating of rice and sleeping just after eating are just two of the many factors said to cause the disorder. By survivor's testimonies, they said that during their sleep, they usually dream about falling into a bottomless pit.
