Beaver Island (Falkland Islands)

Beaver Island is one of the Falkland Islands, lying west of Weddell Island and south of New Island. Wildlife on the island includes gentoo penguins, Patagonian foxes , peregrine falcons, crested and striated caracara , fur seals, and many seabirds.

Beaver Settlement lies on the island, with an airstrip nearby.
