Bill Aitken

Bill Aitken (15 April, 1947) is a Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party member of the Scottish Parliament for Glasgow.

Following a career in the insurance industry, he represented the City of Glasgow as a councillor between 1976 and 1999 and entered the Scottish Parliament at the election in May 1999. He is also a Justice of the Peace and a Deputy Lord Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow.
