Birth (movie)

Birth is a 2004 film directed by Jonathan Glazer. The story is about Anna (played by Nicole Kidman) who believes her dead husband has been reincarnated in a 10-year-old boy (Cameron Bright). The movie has been nominated for the Golden Lion Award at the 2004 Venice Film Festival.

The movie generates controversy in a particular scene wherein Kidman shared a bathtub together with Bright apparently naked. In fact, they wore flesh-colored swimsuits.

The movie did not do well in its opening weekend, taking the 12th position with $1,705,577.
