Blaxland, New South Wales

Blaxland is a small town in New South Wales west of the Capital Sydney. It is named for the explorer Gregory Blaxland who along with Lawson and William Wentworth discovered a way across the Blue Mountains in 1813.

Blaxland is served by a station on the CityRail network and home to the only McDonalds store in the Blue Mountains.
