Robert "Bobby" Koch is a lobbyist for the Wine Institute and a member of the Koch family. He is married to Dorothy Bush, with whom he has two children, and brother-in-law to George W. Bush.
Koch is a democrat and started his career in politics working for Tony Coelho and was part of his campaign to become House Majority Whip. He would later become staff director for Richard Gephardt before joining the Wine Institute. Among its efforts, this lobby has promoted continuation of export marketing subsidies.
