British Nazi Party

The British Nazi Party is a neo-nazi political party in Great Britain.

At time of writing this (March 2005) it is not clear what to make of this organisation, the only evidence of its existence is its website, it could have only just emerged. This group is not to be confused with the British National Party, Britain's largest far right group, which has several councillors. Judging from its website this group differs from others on the far right in that it explicitly describes itself as Nazi, and it openly celebrates Hitler's birthday. It is probably a tiny sect (Searchlight magazine estimating membership at around 40), but it could say something about the political climate in Britain that a group like this could emerge at all. Effectively it represents an attempt to launch a political party based around the older November 9th Society, which previously rejected participation inelections.
