Buddhist Economy
Since Buddhism considers reality as a structure of interdependence a Buddhist economy could allow for differences of ability and wealth as long as the fundamental interests of all participants were maintained. Necessarily all interests would interact and enable all others. Opportunity for survival and use of talent would be equalized as a base while potential development and a diversity of application encouraged as well. The use of resources would be based on sustainability, recyclability and provision for the interests of all species, including but not limited to, the human. Acquisition of possessions or wealth beyond those necessary for following the "eightfold path" would be considered both redundant and an attachment to samsara precluding the attainment of enlightenment.
