Calicut Medical Journal

Calicut Medical Journal is an Open Access medical journal published by the Calicut Medical College Alumni Association.

It is edited by Dr. P.V. Ramachandran, assisted by a team of editors including Dr. Vinod Scaria , Dr. Johnson Francis , and Dr. Varghese Thomas . The journal recently caught the Headlines in both regional and national newspapers by becoming one of the most accessed medical journals in India. The journal was hailed as a good example how developing countries can leverage themselves to success in the Open Access arena.
