Campion is the common name of flowering plants in two closely related genera in the family Caryophyllaceae:
- Lychnis
- Silene

Campion is also a family name:
- Albert Campion (a fictional character created by Margery Allingham)
- Cassie Campion (a champion squash player)
- Edmund Campion (a Jesuit and Roman Catholic Martyr)
- Jane Campion (a film director)
- Thomas Campion (a composer, poet and physician)

Campion is also the name of a rabbit in the novel Watership Down by Richard Adams
