Chills

Chills are a feeling of being cold. This is a symptom of many diseases, largely caused by the patient having an elevated temperature (37-43C) or (99-106F), and thus feeling everything else relatively cold.

Bloodborne chemical messengers, such as interleukins, may also contribute to the sensation.
