D-Day museum

The D-Day Museum is located in Southsea, Hampshire. Opened in 1984, it tells the story of Operation Overlord during the Normandy D-Day landings.

The museum opened in 1984 and houses an Overlord Embroidery and a film show including original footage and archive film.
