DGC Records

DGC Records was a subsidiary of Geffen Records, founded by David Geffen on March 20, 1990. The label included on its roster such bands as Sonic Youth, Nirvana, Counting Crows, Beck, and Weezer. It was eventually folded into Interscope Records following the Universal/Polygram merger in 1999.
