Delia Albert

Delia Domingo Albert (born 1942?) was the foreign secretary of the Philippines from December 22 2003 until August 18 2004. She was appointed by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo following the death of Blas Ople and was replaced in a cabinet reshuffle by Alberto Romulo.
