The Dipsacales are an order of flowering plants, included within the asterid group of dicotyledons. The families given at right are those accepted by the Angiosperm Phylogeny Group.

Under the older Cronquist system, the Morinaceae were included within the Dipsacaceae, and the Linnaeaceae and Diervillaceae within the Caprifoliaceae, as were two genera now transferred to the Adoxaceae.

A few other families may also belong near this order. These include the Desfontainiaceae , Polyosmotaceae , Paracryphiaceae , and Sphenostemonaceae .
