Dragon Quest VI

Dragon Quest VI is the sixth game in the Japanese Dragon Quest series, and the second of two series entries on the Super Famicom. It was never released in the United States, but has had a mostly complete fan translation into English by NoPrgress.

This game was the last Dragon Quest to be released on the Super Famicon, and so far the last of the main series to be released on a Nintendo console at all. It is unknown whether or not the main series will return to Nintendo eventually. Currently Square-Enix will likely continue release new installments of Dragon Quest on current and future generations of the Sony Playstation, following the company's philosophy to release the series of games on the console with the largest market.
