Edward Zwick

Edward Zwick (born October 8, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American film director. Some of his notable films include The Last Samurai, Glory, Legends of the Fall, Courage Under Fire, and The Siege . He, along with Marshall Herskovitz, run a production company called The Bedford Falls Company . This company has produced such notable films such as Traffic and Shakespeare in Love, and the TV shows thirtysomething, Once and Again and My So Called Life .
