Felix Edward Hébert (October 12, 1901 - December 29, 1979) was a Louisiana politician.
Hébert was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. Hébert graduated from Tulane University in 1924. Hébert was elected to the House of Representatives in 1940 as a Democrat. He served in Congress until 1977. Hébert was the chairman of the Committee on Armed Services from 1971 to 1975. He was removed from the chairman position in a revolt of House Democrats against the Seniority system.
