Felt (band)

Felt was a 1980s' UK indie band, led by the enigmatic and obsessive Lawrence Hayward, usually including guitarist Maurice Deebank. The band released ten albums and ten singles in ten years. Felt are often cited as a major influence by Belle and Sebastian's Stuart Murdoch.

Afterwards, Lawrence went on to form Denim and subsequently Go Kart Mozart.
