Feng Kuo-chang

Feng Kuo-chang, (馮國璋 Pinyin: Féng Guózhāng courtesy Huafu 華甫 or 華符) (1858 - December 1919) native of Hejian , Hebei, was elected the president of the Republic of China on August 1, 1917. He retired on September 30, 1918. He died in Beijing of illness.
