Graham Stringer

Graham Eric Stringer is a politician in the United Kingdom, and Labour member of Parliament for Manchester Blackley. He was first elected in 1997, having previously been leader of Manchester City Council . He served as a government whip from 2001 to 2002, but now is a backbencher once more.
