Hedingham Omnibuses

Hedingham Omnibuses is an Essex bus company founded shortly after WWI by Aubrey Ernest Letch, since then the company has grown through a mixture of organic growth and purchases of other companies. These include C & R Coach, Little Tey, Jennings of Ashen, Kemps Coaches, Clacton-on-Sea, W Norfolk and Sons, Wents of Boxford , Freemans Coaches and recently G W Osborne, Tollesbury.

Due to his illness it was sold and renamed Hedingham and District Omnibuses in 1960.

Services 88/88A/88B Great Yeldham - Colchester Minor changes to Monday to Friday timetable. From 04/01/2005

Hedingham take over services 3 and 4 from Network Colchester:

Service 4 Tollgate - Colchester New Monday to Friday service between the Tollgate Medical Centre and Colchester High Street. From 10/01/2005

Service 3 Colchester - Hythe New Monday to Friday service between Colchester High Street, Bridgebrook Green, Longridge Park, Greenstead and Hythe Tesco store. From 14/03/2005.

Service 14 Tiptree - Chelmsford Due to the closure of the A414 in Danbury for approximately three months this service will operate to a temporary timetable.

Service 80 Boxted - Fordham Minor change to timetable. 18/04/2005
