Masuji Ibuse

Masuji Ibuse (1898 - 1993) was a Japanese author. Although almost all of his writing during his long and productive life was in the form of the short story and the essay, the work for which he is mostly widely remembered is his long novel of the aftermath of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, Black Rain, which he published in 1966.
