Independence Hall

Independence Hall, originally known as the Pennsylvania State House, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the United States, was the principal meeting place of the Second Continental Congress from 1775 to 1783, and the site of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4th, 1776 and the drafting of the United States Constitution in 1787. It is now part of Independence National Historical Park , administered by the National Park Service, and is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Independence Hall is on the back of the U.S. $100 bill.
