The International College and Graduate School is a private, co-educational Christian college in Honolulu, Hawai'i and is accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools , recognized by the United States Department of Education. Established in 1971 by James R. Cook and J. William Cook , The school grew out of International Baptist Church of Honolulu and Western Seminary , a theological institution in Portland, Oregon. International College and Graduate School confers the Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, Master of Arts in Religion, Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry.
