Kallmann's syndrome

Kallmann's syndrome, first reported in 1856 by Franz Josef Kallmann, is also known as familial hypogonadism with anosmia or hypogonadotropic eunuchoidism. The cogenital disorder is characterized by anosmia due to failure of the olfactory lobes to develop, with secondary hypogonadism due to gonadotropic hormone deficiency.
