Laws of Nature

The Laws of Nature are claimed in the United States Declaration of Independence to be the work of the Creator of unalienable rights identified as Nature's God. The Declaration is considered to be the organic law, the founding law and since it claims that the author of the rights within its text is Nature's God, it is a derivative of the laws of Nature. Human rights flowing from the concept of humanism often refer to the same concept as unalienable rights (inalienable rights) without recourse to a supreme Creator.
