This is a list of all "Sim" games, and expansion packs. Most of these games were developed by the Sim-giant, Maxis or published by Electronic Arts. Though neither Maxis nor Electronic Arts own the copyright on Sim, most of Maxis-developed games have used the prefix on most of their simulation games.

Sim Theme Park and SimCoaster

SimThemePark was sold as Theme Park World outside the USA

SimCoaster was sold as Theme Park Inc outside the USA

SimCity 3000 Unlimited

SimCity 3000 Unlimited was sold as SimCity World Edition outside the USA
