Louie (Pikmin)

Louie is the fictional sidekick of Captain Olimar in the video game Pikmin 2 for the Nintendo GameCube. Louie is only about an inch tall and comes from the fictional planet Hocotate. He is skinnier and taller than Olimar, which is probably a hint that he was meant to resemble Luigi.

Louie was sent to help Olimar collect objects from Earth by the company he works for, the Hocotate Freight Company, in order to get the company out of debt.

Louie and Olimar can be used to control two different groups of Pikmin if used in conjunction. Louie can also be used in two player mode.
