Merthyr Tydfil F.C.

Merthyr Tydfil F.C. are a football team from the Welsh town of Merthyr Tydfil. Despite being from Wales, they play in the Southern League section of the English National League System.

Merthyr were members of the Football Conference between 1989 and 1995, finishing 4th in 1992. Apart from that, they have been Southern League members since 1946. Prior to the first world war, the town's previous club, Merthyr Town F.C. , played in the Football League.
