Muswellbrook

Muswellbrook is a town and Local Government Area in New South Wales, Australia. The town is located in the Upper Hunter Valley region, about 280 km from Sydney. The area was discovered by Chief Constable John Howe in 1819, and was declared a township in 1833. The current population is about 10 500.
