Nerds

Nerds is a candy manufactured under the Willy Wonka branding, which is owned by the Nestlé corporation. Nerds are most often found in a box with two separate flavors, for example Strawberry and Grape. The candies have an irregular shape and are brittle. A newer spin-off of the candy is the Nerds Rope, which consists of a soft candy string with a variety of Nerds attached to the outside. A breakfast cereal based on Nerds, which featured a box split in half with two separate flavors, had a short life in the 1980s.
