Neutrality pact

The neutrality pact refers to more than one pact between the Soviet Union and Japan, and a proposed pact between the United States and Nazi Germany, during World War II. The intention of these pacts was to form an alliance between agreed member nations. Later on, in 1941, Japan would consider breaking the pact when Germany invaded the Soviet Union. They made the crucial decision to keep it and to continue to press into Southeast Asia.
