Nuneaton and Bedworth is a local government district with borough status and parliamentary constituency, in Warwickshire, England, consisting of the towns of Nuneaton, Bedworth, Bulkington and their surrounding countryside. It has a population of just under 120,000.

The borough was created on April 1st 1974. Nuneaton and Bedworth previously had separate councils.

It borders the Warwickshire districts of Rugby to the east, and North Warwickshire to the west. To the south it borders the county of West Midlands, and to the north Leicestershire.

The borough is twinned with: Roanne in France, Guadalajara in Spain and Cottbus in Germany.
