Ontario provincial highway 27

King's Highway 27 was a secondary highway that ran from Etobicoke to Midhurst in Ontario. After provincial downloading in 1997, the Toronto and York Region section was renamed as local routes and removed as part of the the King's Highway system. In York, the road is titled York Regional Road 27 and in Toronto simply as Highway 27.

Highway 27 in Toronto is paired with Highway 427.
