Paul Goggins

Paul Gerard Goggins (born 16 June 1953) is a British politician, and member of Parliament for Wythenshawe and Sale. He is a member of the Labour Party. He has been an MP since 1997, and in 2003 was made a junior minister in the Home Office.

His mother was the inspiration for Mrs. Goggins off Postman Pat.
