Preputioplasty

Preputioplasty is a plastic surgical operation on the prepuce or foreskin. Preputioplasty usually is carried out to widen a narrow non-retractile foreskin. Preputioplasty is a conservative, non-traumatic, less invasive alternative to circumcision for the treatment of phimosis. European surgeons have carried out preputioplasties for many years with great success.[1]
