Queen's Gardens

(Redirected from Queens Gardens)

Queens Gardens is a set of gardens found in the centre of Kingston upon Hull, England. They are built on the area that used to be Queens Dock.

It's dominated by a large column, upon which stands the statue of William Wilberforce. Behind which is Hull College of Art . At the other end is Victoria Square, leading to Prince's Quay (a shopping centre) and the renowned Ferens Art Gallery .

The gardens are well used, particularly by the local student population who can be found studying (occasionally) and relaxing by the fountains.
