Shelter (charity)

Shelter, National Campaign for Homeless People Limited, working as Shelter, is a British registered charity campaigning to end homelessness and bad housing.

It helps people in housing need through Housing Aid Centres and practical projects, and fights for better investment, laws and policies to improve the lives of homeless and badly housed people.

Approximately 2/3 of Shelter's expenditure goes on housing aid and 1/3 on campaigns and education.
