Sylvia Heal

Sylvia Lloyd Heal (born 20 July 1942) is a British politician. She is Labour member of Parliament for Halesowen and Rowley Regis. She was first elected to Parliament in a 1990 by-election for Mid Staffordshire, but failed to retain the seat at the 1992 election. She re-entered Parliament in 1997. She now serves as a deputy Speaker.
