The Stationery Office

The Stationery Office (TSO) is a private publishing company that was created in 1995 when the publishing arm of Her Majesty's Stationery Office was privatised. It retains the contracts for printing British legislation that are a legacy of its former state ownership and also publishes many other government documents. It publishes more than 15,000 titles each year, making it the largest publisher in the UK by volume.
