The Taggerung

The Taggerung (ISBN 0399237208) is the 14th book in the Redwall series of books by Brian Jacques.

Taggerung tells the tale of a young otter, kidnapped by a vermin tribe. The leader of this tribe, acting upon the advice of his seer, kidnaps the otter (who has an identifying blossom-shaped birthmark on one of his paws) to train him to become the next Taggerung, a warrior of great renown.
